The Klein D2000-48-INS 8-Inch Insulated High-Leverage Diagonal-Cutting Pliers-Angled Head is individually tested to exceed standards. The Klein D2000-48-INS has an angled head for easier work in confined spaces. The Klein D2000-48-INS has a high-leverage design where the rivet is closer to the edge for 36-Percent greater cutting power than other pliers designs.
Heavy duty cutter also protects against electrical hazards up to 1,000 volts in compliance with common safety standards, two layers of insulation in most models, three layers as noted.
