The Klein 63601 Compact Ratcheting Cable Cutter is a compact 12-Inch design that allows for one-handed use of the ratcheting cutter mechanism, so other hand can position cable to ensure proper cut. The cable cutter cleanly cuts 600mcm copper, 1000mcm aluminum and 2-Inch diameter communication cable. The unique ratchet action holds cable tight and allows rapid, straight cuts with minimum effort. A quick-release lever opens the blade at any time during operation while a hold-open spring speeds cutting action.
