LEVEL5 Curved Drywall Trowels are meant to be used in conjunction with flat trowels during the finishing process to provide an intermediate layer of compound application when finishing butt joints and seams. They provide specific coverage where seams are slightly uneven, and when mud distribution has to be applied with less horizontal pressure. LEVEL5 12" Drywall Finishing Trowel w/ 0.7mm Curved Blade are manufactured using premium triple-hardened European stainless steel blades. They feature a concave curve (approx. ⅛") to create a professional crown with finessed feathering on drywall seams, leaving the seams ready for a final application with a flat trowel. Thanks to their precision-ground edges and corners, these trowels feel ‘broken in’ right out of the box and are ready to go! These trowels have a lightweight aluminum handle mount that is attached to the blade using super-strong, stainless steel surface-welded rivets. They also feature a patented composite leather handle grip that ensures a secure, non-slip grip - even when wet!
