Klein's HD2000-9NE 9" High-Leverage Side-Cutting Pliers - Heavy-Duty Cutting 2000 Series cuts ACSR, screws, nails and most hardened wire. It is a high leverage design plier. The rivet is closer to the cutting edge for 46% greater cutting and gripping power then any other plier designs. The pliers are streamline design with sure gripping , and cross hatched knurled jaws. It features a combination of polished and black oxide finished.
